RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to assessment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
